Our 5 main platform providers through which we execute all transactions are as follows; Standard Life, Axa Elevate, James Hay, Old Mutual and Aegon. We review their best execution procedures and service level agreements and periodically audit that client outcomes are in line with expectations. Given that we do not trade in individual securities the order of execution is less of a concern. Client orders are pooled and placed with the fund managers, each receiving the same price.
